Money-Back Policy

1. Eligibility Overview

Individual course purchases may be refunded within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than 20% of recorded materials or attended more than one live session, per Korean consumer protection practice for distance contracts.

2. Full Refund Conditions

Request cancellation in writing to [email protected] before the second live session. We confirm within three business days. Full refund applies to tuition; third-party tool fees you paid separately are not refundable by us.

3. Partial Refund

If you attended two or more sessions or downloaded majority materials, a partial credit toward a future cohort may be offered at our discretion; cash refund is typically not available.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certificate exam fees after sitting the exam, custom team bootcamp deposits after kickoff, and promotional bundles marked non-refundable at purchase.

5. Process Steps

Email your order reference, course name, and reason. We verify attendance logs. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Processing Time and Method

Card refunds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear per your card issuer. Bank transfers require valid account details on file.

7. Cancellations by Canup Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. We are not liable for indirect costs (travel, software) beyond tuition paid to us.

8. Consumer Rights (KR)

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and related enforcement decrees. For disputes, contact the Korea Consumer Agency or local consumer center.
